Kütahya Modern, the Urban Transformation project of the Aegean Region, is being realized in cooperation with Kütahya Municipality and İzka İnşaat. The project, which continues to sell 200 houses in its first phase, will be surrounded by a private school, sports complex and shopping center. 24/7 security system, children’s aqua water playground, walking and bicycle paths, sports fields are among the features of the project.
