SOLID GROUND, SAFE PROJECT

PARK YAŞAM ANTALYA is designed as 3-8 floors above ground and there is a parking lot under the project. The structures were separated from each other by dilastation in order to protect them from the effects of temperature difference and stresses.

• The project is being built on a solid ground described as ZB in the earthquake regulations.
• Although the building blocks rise on raft foundations, there are structural shear wall elements on both sides of the carrier system. Concrete class was selected as C35 concrete.
• In the earthquake calculations, the standard calculations of the earthquake code were not sufficient, and static calculations were made by obtaining earthquake acceleration records and spectra from ISTANBUL TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY, including earthquakes that occurred in the Mediterranean and off the coast of Cyprus and the effects of earthquakes close to the site.
