In the project, which was realized with the assurance of EMLAK KONUT and the vision of İZKA İNŞAAT, every detail was designed according to the norms of healthy living and green transformation. In addition, PARK YAŞAM ANTALYA aims to bring a brand new perspective to city life with its feature of being Antalya’s new generation life project.
SAĞLAM ZEMİN, GÜVENLİ PROJE
PARK YAŞAM ANTALYA is designed as 3-8 floors above ground and there is a parking lot under the project. The structures were separated from each other by dilastation in order to protect them from the effects of temperature difference and stresses.
1 – The project is being built on a solid ground described as ZB in the earthquake regulations.
2 – Although the building blocks rise on raft foundation, there are structural shear wall elements in both directions of the carrier system. Concrete class was selected as C35 concrete.
3 – In earthquake calculations, the standard calculations of the earthquake regulations were not sufficient, and static calculations were made by obtaining earthquake acceleration records and spectra from ISTANBUL TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY, including the earthquakes that occurred in the Mediterranean and offshore Cyprus and the effects of the earthquakes close to the site.
